MEET JODY JOHNSON
For more than 36 years Joe D. “Jody” Johnson has dedicated his life to protecting the citizens of Tarrant County as a Peace Officer, serving first as a Patrol Officer in the Fort Worth Police Department before being promoted to the Street Crimes, Narcotics, and SWAT units where he helped put away some of the most dangerous criminals in North Texas.
A fierce fiscal conservative, when we first elected Jody Constable in 2016, he implemented critical reforms to improve response times and trained all deputies for Active Shooter Response all while reducing waste and saving taxpayer money. Now Jody is running again to ensure that Precinct 4 remains a safe and inviting environment to work and raise a family for generations to come.
Jody and his wife Jill, a retired Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD teacher, are proud parents to two adult sons. The Johnson’s are active community volunteers and members of Christ Chapel Bible Church.
